Meet the Team at Tails Wag-Inn

Tails Wag-Inn was born out of a genuine passion for dogs and a desire to provide them with a safe, loving, and comfortable environment when their owners are away. Located in the heart of Newton-le-Willows, our journey started with just a few family furry guests but now we have opened up our home to welcome a variety of pets. As lifelong dog lovers, our team understands the importance of trust and care when it comes to your pets. We pride ourselves on creating a 'Home from home' experience where every dog is treated like family. With personalised attention and a cosy setting, we go above and beyond to ensure each stay is enjoyable for our four-legged friends and worry-free for their owners.

We have a small family team, which includes Toby our 7 year old son, he's amazing with all the animals that come to stay and also understands the importance of giving them space to settle.

Lee is my partner of 14 years. He could probably compete for the title of 'Most laid back person in the world!' He's worked very hard to support me with starting up the business, including putting in hours of work learning about dog breeds/behaviours/body language etc.

Our eldest son Keiron doesn't live with us but occasionally helps out with walks, feeding and play times when he comes to visit. 

Finally there's me! My name is Clare, I've been a registered Veterinary Nurse for the past 8 years and been in practice for over 11 years. In January I decided to set up my pet boarding business and we've all enjoyed it so very much that we've not looked back!
